I design graphics that are ready for real-world production. This project explores a simple vinyl decals and vehicle signage by mapping brand artwork onto a 3D pickup render. The goal is to preview scale, placement, and readability before printing, helping businesses reduce errors and launch with confidence.
Here's the process of assembling the pickup truck along with the 3D rendering of the artwork. The idea was to create a pickup truck that could be used daily, but also as a business model, showcasing different vinyl ideas for various brands.
In today’s fast-paced digital world, standing out as a creative studio is more challenging than ever. Many brands struggle with outdated designs, inconsistent branding, and a lack of compelling storytelling that truly connects with their audience. Without a strong visual identity and seamless user experience, potential clients lose interest, leading to missed opportunities and decreased engagement. Additionally, many creative studios face difficulties in balancing aesthetics with functionality, often resulting in visually appealing but impractical solutions. Willow Studio was conceived to bridge this gap by providing innovative, high-quality design solutions that not only look stunning but also drive real impact. We understand the importance of storytelling, strategic branding, and immersive experiences that leave a lasting impression.
The rear view where the identity lands and the project done.
The final render presents the vehicle from the rear quarter the angle that carries the most graphic weight in signage and wrap design. The olive green paintwork was chosen to test how a muted, military-inspired base colour interacts with the PLB badge and 4x4 typography applied directly to the bodywork.
Lighting was set up in Blender to simulate natural outdoor conditions, giving the surface the depth and texture that communicates how the vehicle would actually look on the street. Every decision made here — surface angle, badge placement, colour selection reflects the thinking of a designer who understands that 3D visualisation and real-world application are part of the same process.
